Sara Jackson

Sara loves helping others live and move in ways that feel empowering and uplifting. Through fitness, nutrition, and mind-body work, she encourages people to connect more deeply with their bodies and the world around them. A lifelong learner, Sara has collected plenty of credentials along the way, including a B.S. in Exercise Science, a 200-hour CYT, and certifications in life coaching and personal training, among many others. At Better Wander, she shares wellness-minded travel and lifestyle content to help readers feel their best wherever life takes them. When she’s not teaching in the studio or writing, she’s probably outside somewhere, finding her soul in the mountains or out in the desert.
